David Minero grants you (not sell) licenses for use only under the terms of these licenses:
Standard License.
Be aware that by completing the purchasing procedure you are granted a license that allows you to use artwork, images according to the terms and conditions of our license agreement. Images granted rights are non-transferable. Meaning that licensed artwork can not be re-sold or used by other person separately. License pricing apply for editorial comissioned artwork.
Rights Managed License.
Is non-exclusive. To use any image of David Minero Art & Styles collection and comissioned artwork for a non-editorial use. This license will allow you to use the comissioned image for the period of time agreed.
Exclusivity Rights Licence.
License contract will be returned by e-mail Indicating the pricing for an Exclusivity Rights Managed License. This license will allow you to use and get an image exclusively for the period of time agreed.
Copyright.
